Rookie Flight Attendant
I am a native German, who moved to New York to attend acting school, and after over 25 years in the Big Apple, I've been calling Los Angeles home since 2011, where I work in my professional home studio, narrating in both English and German.
Before making the leap across the pond, I traveled the world as a flight attendant for Lufthansa Airlines, and visited 21 countries and 21 US-states.
My acting training includes Yale School of Drama,
The Lee Strasberg Institute, The Actors Studio (as an observer), and private training, followed by a Degree in Directing from Marymount Manhattan College in NYC.

Performing onstage, in soap operas, film and background work as well as a variety of voice-over jobs gave me the confidence to produce an original play ("Flux") at the New York Fringe Festival (to sold out houses).
I am also a trained classical violinist and tenor sax player with years of experience in orchestras and jazz bands, but let's be honest, I haven't played in years. Nevertheless, my love for music never dies...

Performance-UNrelated skills I have acquired over the years include being an elf at Macy's "Santaland" on 34th Street in NYC, a yoga instructor, holistic wellness practitioner, legal proofreader, translator, kindergarten teacher, nanny, travel host & hospitality expert, track athlete and rhythmic gymnast (even making the team "Youth Training for the Olympics".) Scuba-diving & horseback-riding are also on my list.

My favorite genres and characters include fiction & non-fiction, memoirs, thriller, paranormal, romance, young listeners, middle grade and YA, but
I also love humor, thriller/suspense, mystery, history, biography, business
& personal development, and audio drama.
As a neuro-divergent daughter of an educator single mom, I was influenced by her strength, determination and resilience, and would love to be considered for your stories of characters with similar qualities, i.e. strong female protagonists, detectives, educators, visionaries, journalists or women with a rebel cause.
